At Cosmetics Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Safely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
